Fees
- Placing lineage adverts (without photos) on Local Loot is free of charge.
- Photo Adverts are FREE for a limited time. This allows you to upload six photos per advert.
- Local Loot fees are all non-refundable.
- Local Loot does not allow customers to cancel after an advert has been paid for. The customer can delete the advert but no refunds will be paid by Local Loot.
- Your advert will be placed on Local Loot for 12 months unless you choose to delete your advert.
- Our fees are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
- Offer applies to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only.
You will not
- Violate laws
- Post any threatening materials or send any abusive messages.
- Be misleading or false.
- Infringe third party rights.
- Distribute spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes.
- Copy, modify or distribute any other persons content.
Conditions of Use
- Local Loot does not accept any responsibility for disputes arising between any buyer and seller.
- You may not use Local Loot to sell knives, alcohol, tobaccos, fireworks, pornographic material, dangerous substances, dangerous animals. Anything illegal.
Liability
- We do not review users postings and cannot guarantee the accuracy of posting by people using Local Loot.
- In no event do we accept liability of anything posted that is unlawful, threatening ,abusive, obscene or any material that infringes upon copyright.
- We do not guarantee continuous, error free service. We do use reasonable efforts to maintain good service.
